All profiles must contain a valid email address. This address is only visible to the system operator. Your email address
is the only way we have to contact you should there be a problem with your account or you lose your user name and password.
Failure on your part to provide a valid email address may cause your profile to be removed.
2. MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

2.2. You agree to provide true and correct information about yourself in the registration process.
2.3. Seekingchristian.Com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply
with these prohibitions.

libelous, invasive of another's privacy, sexually and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar,
obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another.
2.4. You agree not to use the service for the transmission of "spam," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass distribution of
e-mail or for any commercial purposes.
2.5. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary
information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
4. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AGREEMENT
Seekingchristian.Com may change the Agreement from time to time. You will be informed of any such changes by a notice on
the log-in page of the Service stating that the Agreement has changed. Your continued use of the Service after
Seekingchristian.Com has posted such notice constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. seekingchristian.com reserves
the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice to you. You agree that
seekingchristian.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
5. TERMINATION
Seekingchristian.Com shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of Service or any claims related
to the termination of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of
your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
6. SPAMMING POLICY
Any Spamming of people on this Web Site will result in immediate removal of your account without any refund and you will
be blocked from future use of the site.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE AND THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SEEKINGCHRISTIAN.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF
THIS SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ANY
DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
8.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEKINGCHRISTIAN.COM, THEIR PARENT OR SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES NOR THEIR AFFILIATES OR
SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF
OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS SERVICE OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, OR FOR ANY
